Runny nose?

Sekarang ni macam satu musim demam, selsema batuk pulak. Saya sendiri dah 2 minggu lebih selsema & batuk. Demam sekejap aje, dh pulih sekarang, tapi batuk & selsema masih menggila. Selsema kali ni panjang semacam. Orang2 sekeliling yang turut sama selsema, mengalami nasib yg sama..berminggu2 tempohnye sblm kembali sihat.

Hari ni sy tetiba rasa nak tahu lbh lanjut pasal selsema ni..sebab kagum betul, selsema kali ni byk betul hingus/mucus. So sy google la "runny nose". Baca2, part yang paling interesting adalah apa penyebab runny nose. Selama ni, bila selsema mula2 tu yelah, mmg runny nose.

Tapi yang sy perasan jugak, bila potong bawang, terhidu black pepper, bila menangis..ye bila menangis...pun runny nose jugak. And then, satu lagi, bila winter. berjalan luar rumah waktu winter, selalu runny nose jgk. Tak pn pegi men snow...pun runny nose. Makan pedas pun runny nose. Ini dari wiki..

Mula2 nk selsema..bersin2 berjuta kali

The nose also tends to run when one is exposed to very cold temperatures; this is because air in the nose is warmer than outside air and a steam-like effect is brought on inside the nose; water drops then condense, mix with mucus, and run out of the nose"

Bercakap pasal hingus/mucus pulak, berdasarkan warna nasal mucus tu, kita dapat tahu stage mana selsema kita (kalau kene viral infection..cold or flu). Apa kata en WIKI?

Alhamdulillah selsema saya di peringkat yellow or green skrg & dh start runny blk..means dh nk jadi clear, thin mucus blk,means dh nk baik..inshaallah. Tapi, part yang green & yellow rasa dh lama, bukan setakat 3-4 hari. Virus ni kuat betul kali ni!

Untuk menjawab soalan kakak2 di Hamilton ni.."kenapa En Doctor tak bagi antibiotics?" maka..
hehe..walaupun sy xde ilmu kedoktoran, tapi dgn bantuan en.. WIKI..ini jawapannya. Oleh sebab kita dijangkiti virus, bukan bacteria..maka...

Saudari immune system, sila bekerja dgn efficient ye! Sy mau exam dh lagi 2 minggu ni. Hidung saya pun rasa nak tercabut dah, ada hari2 sampai gigi2 pun rasa nak tercabut jugak..kritikal***
